Refund & Credit Timeframes:

• Up to 72 hours before camp start:

  • Full refund available.

  • Option to move or swap to another session at no extra cost.*

• 24–72 hours before camp start:

  • Full credit toward a future camp valid for one year, or

  • 80% refund of tuition paid.*

• 1–24 hours before camp start:

  • Full credit toward a future camp valid for one year.*

• After camp has started:

  • No refunds or credits available.

Important Notes:

*Processing and handling fees are non-refundable. Excel Camp Credits cannot be applied to Thanksgiving Break Camp, Mahaney Madness Camp, Elite Shooting Camp, or other specialty camps or clinics.

If your child is in 2nd or 3rd grade, you can choose between our Day Camp and Junior Camp.

• Junior Camp is best for kids who aren’t yet comfortable shooting on a full-height (10′) basket or may find a full day of basketball camp too long.
• Day Camp is better for more advanced 2nd and 3rd graders, especially those already playing in a league with 10′ hoops.

If you're unsure, Junior Camp is usually the better fit for most 2nd graders!
